Q: What is an AVS Mismatch?
AVS stands for Address Verification System, it’s a system used to verify the address
of a person using a credit card. AVS verifies that the billing address of the credit or
debit card matching the address that was given by the customer.

If your address does not match the one listed for your credit card, this error will
show and your order cannot be processed. To resolve this, go to View Account
info then select Plan & Billing Info. Make sure that the address listed matches the
address that goes with your card.

Q: I am interested in purchasing wholesale items for my store. Do you offer
wholesale pricing and what is the minimum quantity?
Yes, we definitely offer wholesale pricing. Bonita would love to work with your
company! Please contact us at sales@bonitacolors.com and we will forward you
to your sales representative who will give you wholesale pricing and quantity
requirements.

Q: I just placed my order. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Thanks for placing the order with us; we’re excited for you to receive your order! It
should take about 3-5 business days for you to receive your order. Once your order
is processed, you can view your tracking number in your order information.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
As of right now, our website only ships in the U.S. However, if you are interested in
ordering from us feel free to email us at orders@bonitacolors.com and we will help
you process your order.

Q: What is your Returns or Exchanges Policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping and was purchased through our website.
